1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, logging in, or using udintogell services in any form, you automatically confirm that you have read and agreed to all of these terms and conditions. 2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at udintogell. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the removal of any balance. When registering, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including their full name, active email address, and a reachable phone number.
Users are fully responsible for keeping their account username and password secure. Sharing login credentials with any other party is strictly prohibited. If unauthorized access or a suspected security breach occurs, users must immediately report it to the udintogell support team via the platform's official email.
Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed, particularly for amounts above a certain limit. Users must ensure that the name on the account matches the name on the bank account or digital wallet used for transactions. Any data mismatch may result in transaction delays or rejection.
3. User Obligations & Responsibilities
Users must use udintogell services only for lawful purposes in accordance with applicable law in Indonesia. Using this platform for fraud, money laundering, system manipulation, or any other illegal activity is prohibited. Any suspicious activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Users are prohibited from using automated software, bots, or other technical methods to manipulate game outcomes or gain unauthorized advantages. Violations of this provision may result in permanent account suspension without a refund. Users are also responsible for all activities carried out through their accounts.
Users must treat other users and platform staff with respect. Harassment, insults, or hate speech through the platform's communication features will not be tolerated. udintogell reserves the right to take action, including restricting access, against users who violate these conduct rules.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the udintogell platform use Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Available payment methods include local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, Mandiri, BNI), digital wallets (OVO, Dana, GoPay), and other methods listed on the account deposit page. Minimum and maximum limits for each deposit and withdrawal transaction may vary depending on the chosen method.
Deposit confirmations are generally processed within minutes for digital wallets, while conventional bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on system queues and bank operating hours. All time estimates are indicative and subject to change. udintogell is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.

udintogell reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if a violation of these terms and conditions is found, suspicious activity is detected, or a request is received from a competent legal authority. In the case of a suspension, the user will be notified via their registered email and given the opportunity to provide clarification within a specified timeframe.
Users may also submit a voluntary account closure request by contacting the support team. Before closure, users are advised to withdraw any remaining balance. Balances not withdrawn within a certain period after account closure may be non-refundable, unless other applicable provisions apply.
Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to an inactive account policy in accordance with the applicable terms. Users whose accounts were closed due to violations are not permitted to re-register using a different identity or information.
6. Intellectual Property Rights & Third-Party Links
All content on the udintogell platform, including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface design, text, images, and software, is the intellectual property of udintogell or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use such content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
This platform may contain links or references to third-party services or websites. udintogell is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users access third-party links at their own risk. It is recommended to read the privacy policy of each third-party service before providing any personal information.
Game names, software provider brands, and sports team names appearing on the platform are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only.
7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
udintogell provides its services "as is" without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or freedom from technical errors. The platform is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including financial losses resulting from betting or gaming activity.
